Daren Libonati

Daren holds over 33 years of experience in the Hospitality and Entertainment industry. He has produced, promoted and operated events in the largest Arenas, Stadiums, and Festivals Sites in Nevada.

In 1993 He led a team that built and managed the MGM Grand Garden Arena. He later helped place the Star of the Desert Arena on the map, and moved back to his alma mater, spending 15 years overseeing the Thomas and Mack Center, Sam Boyd Stadium and Cox Pavilion for the University of Nevada- Las Vegas. in addition to his oversight of these venues, he also created UNLVTickets, a ticketing company designed to fulfill the needs of the 700,000+ tickets sold at these venues per year.

As the VP of Entertainment he led MGM in building producing global Festival events from 10,000 to 60,000 people in size on the Las Vegas Strip.

In the 33 year span, Daren has been a leader in content creation and special events to drive global sports and music to the Las Vegas marketplace.

Nick

Nick Libonati

Nick is a Las Vegas native with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. 

Over the last seven years Nick has managed multi-million dollar budgets as the entertainment finance manager in charge of festivals and new entertainment ventures for MGM Resorts Intl. He oversaw all entertainment operations as the Director of Entertainment for the New York-New York Hotel & Casino, and most recently he handled the strategic implementation of technology and back-end system operations across the enterprise as the Director of Ticketing for MGM Resorts Intl. 

He has a proven ability to drive business growth and maximize profits through strategic management, expense reduction, revenue creation and productivity improvement.

In addition to his work with MGM Resorts, Nick was a principal in a content creation company focused on the sport of boxing, creating and developing the media presence of fighters and key matchups for Golden Boy Promotions, Venum Boxing, and Matchroom Boxing fighters.
